Bear Race Events

To better support the local cycling community and maximize participation, we’re moving the Marin Overland to Sunday, August 17, 2025.
 

Another cycling event is scheduled in Marin on our original date, and rather than make riders choose between two great rides, we’ve decided to shift our date. This change not only helps increase turnout for both events, but also ensures a stronger, more unified cycling experience across the region.
 

Other factors also influenced this decision, and while we know date changes can be inconvenient, we truly appreciate your understanding. If you’re still able to join us on August 17—good news: you’re all set and registered. No action needed. Plus, you've just gained two extra months to train for the challenging and scenic routes.
 

If you can no longer attend and need a refund, just let us know—we’ll take care of it, no questions asked.
 

This is the inaugural year of the Marin Overland, and we’re committed to launching it with the energy and attention it deserves. With a start line at Rodeo Beach and some of California’s most stunning terrain ahead, we’re building an experience worth the wait.
